The Laser dinghy is one of the most successful and widely sailed single-handed racing boats in the world. Renowned for its simplicity, performance, and competitive one-design racing, the Laser has introduced generations of sailors to the sport and remains a benchmark for dinghy sailing.

Designed by Bruce Kirby and first launched in the early 1970s, the Laser features a lightweight GRP hull, unstayed mast, and uncomplicated rigging that allows sailors to get on the water quickly. Its responsive handling and direct connection to wind and water make it both an excellent training platform and a highly competitive racing boat.

Available with different sail sizes, including the standard rig, Radial rig, and smaller 4.7 rig, the Laser caters to sailors of varying ages, weights, and skill levels.
